Coached to the Olympic standard. Our instructors hold advanced national certification from U.S. Ski & Snowboard — the same governing body behind the U.S. Olympic team — and build every class as a structured, measurable progression.

- Open areas — DouDou's Meadow (beginner slope), The Park (freestyle), DouDou's Bounce (trampolines), and Paw Core (gym) — are available during designated non-peak hours. Open-area access does not include the Treadmill and Simulator (The Arctic and Carv Zone), which are coached and reservation-based.
- Equipment rental is included with every membership. Premium lockers are available separately for $180/month, subject to availability.
- Each membership is for one individual and cannot be shared or transferred. New monthly memberships require a minimum of one paid month.
- Annual option — pay 11 months upfront and get the 12th month free (paid in full, non-refundable).
- Every new member receives one complimentary Discovery Pass (a $280 value) — open-area access, a 30-minute lesson, equipment setup, safety orientation, and an ability assessment.
- Discovery Pass ($280, up to 4 people) and private experiences (Regular Coach $350/hr, Senior Coach $450/hr) are open to members and guests; your member discount applies.
- Guest passes provide open-area access only — not the Treadmill and Simulator, group lessons, private experiences, or Team Devo programming.
- Family Circle — when more than one household member joins, the highest-priced membership pays full and each additional membership is 5% off (two members) or 10% off (three or more).
- Group classes are use-it-or-lose-it; a missed class isn't refunded or rescheduled. One-off bookings can be cancelled for a refund up to 24 hours before (private experiences) or 7 days before (birthday and corporate events); Day Passes are non-refundable.
